but it's not working for me! i wish for a pro rated refund for months not used! thanks for letting me try the app

Willard There is nothing to refund. You signed up for an annual plan by mistake and then asked for a refund. I gave you the refund at that time and you have been able to receive some load alerts free since that time. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I have turned off free alerts for your account.
