Willard There is nothing to refund. You signed up for an annual plan by mistake and then asked for a refund. I gave you the refund at that time and you have been able to receive some load alerts free since that time. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I have turned off free alerts for your account.

Willard You don’t have to update your zip code everytime you want new alerts. That was an early way to get alerts. It still notifies you if alerts within 500 miles of that zip, but you can also use this link to select states you want notified for. https://www.covermyload.com/users/edit#states

Willard Right now, each of them would have to have their own accounts. They can join under the same company, but they would each manage their own profiles.
